Pre-Build Planning
Once instructed, we assign a dedicated project manager. We coordinate with architects, handle party wall agreements if necessary, and schedule our specialized trades teams.
The Construction Phase
Our skilled tradesmen execute the build with precision. Your project manager provides regular updates, ensuring the site is kept clean, safe, and progressing strictly to schedule.
Snagging & Handover
We don't leave until it's perfect. A rigorous internal quality check is followed by a walk-through with you. All certifications (Gas Safe, NICEIC) are handed over alongside your transformed space.
